The Impala was completely redesigned for 1965 and featured a more streamlined look, rather than the boxy square look of previous years. An all-new 396 could be mated to a new automatic transmission, the Turbo 350. Production numbers for '65 neared 240,000. This release of the Impala is painted Sierra Tan with a matching tan interior.
