For its buyers who wanted to “look good getting there” in 1959, Chevrolet offered its top-tier Impala. Showing off the wings and sidespears typical of the era, the car also showed off Impala nameplates and crossed racing flags emblems on both sides along the side trim moldings. The cars featured all Bel Air equipment plus electric clocks, dual sliding sun visors and aluminum trim. A convertible model made a dashing appearance. The top is down and it’s time to set sail with this Harbor Blue Metallic model, which features whitewall tires.
