'79 International Scout

By 1979, Coke was already international and had “taught the world to sing”, so how fitting that this model is an International Scout from 1979, when you could “Have a Coke and a smile!” The Scout was manufactured from 1961-1980 as a two-door with either a half cab pickup truck or with a removable full hard or soft top. The ‘79 model came with quite an array of power choices, ranging from a 196 cid. four all the way up to a 345 V-8.

Enjoy the horizontal tri-colored red, white and yellow paint treatment on this model. The doors wear the slogan “Drink Coca-Cola in Bottles,” while the rear widows advertise that Coke is “Delicious and Refreshing.”
