'50 Chevy Pickup

Release Date: June 2008

Cast Number: 971

The year 1950 was a banner year for the Coca-Cola company, as it became the first product to ever grace the cover of Time magazine. One of Chevrolet’s “Advanced Design” pickups, the 1950 truck brought with it more comfort and safety, with roomier cabs and better vision of the road ahead. The cabs were eight inches wider and seven inches longer that before, allowing for the use of a three-man seat on an inclined plane for better visibility.

A brilliant yellow finish with red bumpers, running boards and tailgate highlights this nostalgic model. Its spacious bed shows off woodgrain detail, and you can just imagine it carrying cases of Coke! You’ll also find the Coca-Cole script on both doors as well as the roof.
