Plymouth introduced its GTX in 1967, and while the company had been offering many performance cars, the GTX came with the performance pieces standard. Also standard was a special grille and tail panel, simulated hood scoops, and a chrome gas cap. The muscular Mopar came with a 440 cid. V-8 (the "Super Commando 440") that produced 375 hp. - more than enough to enhance the top-down experience!
