'70 Shelby GT-500 Convertible

The last hurrah - 1970 marked the final year of the Shelby, closing out an unbelievable era. Powered by a 428 Cobra Jet engine with ram air, the car was available with either a Ford Top Loader four-speed or C6 automatic transmission, and featured a fiberglass hood, fascia, fenders, decklid and quarter extensions. The convertible version was available for just over $5,000, and worth every penny! This model duplicates one of the authentic factory colors available, with an Acapulco Blue body. It also rides on Magnum 500 rims sporting Uniroyal Tiger Paws.
