These stealthy black three-wheelers first appeared in episodes 32-33 "Gang of Assassins." After a run-in with the mystery men, Speed learns that this gang of assassins is planning to get rid of all the world leaders attending Japan's "Peacemeal Conference." The gang's leader, Professor Anarchy, attempts to recruit Speed into the gang, but Speed will have none of it. It takes the combined efforts of Speed and Racer X, to stop Anarchy and his henchmen from attaining global domination.
