This mid-60’s model captures the major improvement made for the ’64 truck - the curved windshield. The new design made it easier to enter and exit the vehicle, and also looked better aesthetically. The year also saw 230 and 292 six-cylinder engines - which had been standard for all two-wheel drive trucks - also became standard for four-wheel drives.
