Introducing the 1975 Super Beetle convertible, an icon of sorority girl style. The Beetle had more then just classy style going for it in 75. With the addition of fuel injection, carboration issues were a thing of the past for the beetle. However because of new emissions regulations placed in effect that year, the horsepower dropped to 48. Some Beetles, for the U.S. market, were now coming from plants in Belgium, but the beetle never lost its German flair!
